We use third-party logistics (such as BPMS, EMS, and Tropic Air) to ship your packages, which means, shipping fees may vary depending on the courier your packages are shipped with.

Your order will be processed during normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and weekends).

Items in stock will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The delivery processing time normally takes 24 hours thereafter.

If there is any delays with delivering your package Anime Cafe will there for reach out to you via email or phone call for a follow-up. If your packages does not arrive within the selected time frame please contact us at Info@animecafe.bz.

If an item is a pre-order, the pre-order will not ship until it's in stock. If you order multiple pre-orders with the same release date, the order will not be shipped until all items are in stock.

Pre-orders, take 1 to 2 months for Anime Cafe to receive and arrive after the release date.
